Why I started blogging.

This is the post excerpt.

Hey everyone!

So I just wanted to say why I started this blog as I guess that’s what other bloggers might talk about when they started off ( maybe?).

So basically, some days you just get lost in your mind about everything going on and you sometimes just want to blurt all the troubles out but it just doesn’t happen. But then it starts to all pile up in your mind then you start to wonder, “how am I ever going to sort everything out”. However, some people start a diary as that might help them but others start a blog as then people that read it can relate to the situations and then help them through any struggles that may cross their path that might have happened to them too, through whatever section of life that they are in wether it’s teenage stage, young adulthood or even when you are quite young or quite old. So that’s kind of why I started a blog as here is a place where I can say anything that I need to say And just get it off my shoulders. I hope some of you guys can relate to this too. Xx

Summer Baking.

Hey everyone
So today was very productive because I got on with many jobs in the house instead of sitting about doing absolutely nothing! However, I also had lots of fun as I am now into the second week of my summer holidays! It's been great; the sun has been out, the birds have been chirping and of course, lots of photo opportunities to be taken with all the beautiful flowers with their many bright colours. I have also been doing a little bit of baking now and then as well. I know this is kind of a winter thing but my gran has a friend that loves to see me and my sister. I bake for her so she has a little surprise for when I go over. Now, the one thing that I love to bake is shortbread and this is a very wintery bake but it's quick and easy. It tastes amazing and everyone loves shortbread so, it only seems the perfect biscuit to make!
Here are some pictures of my homemade shortbread and some summer flowers!

How to relax your mind after a long day of work.

I was thinking about this the other evening because, when I get home from a full on day from work/school, all I ever want to do is jump onto the sofa or my bed and just end up playing in my phone. Now, yes, most people might do this But to be honest, the best way to completely settle your brain is to get comfy with blankets, pillows and a good old book with a cup of tea. However, some people may love this or some people might find this really boring but if you search to find the perfect book for yourself then it’s almost impossible to get out of the scene set by the imagination created by your mind. I’m not a big fan of reading myself but if I find a really good book it completely relaxes me and takes me away from the real world. It also settles my brain for the evening as some days of work/school are very tiring. Another good thing is to run a nice hot bath and pick an exciting bath bomb for the season, then watch the colours and scents explode through the water. This really relaxed your muscles if you are the sporty type and totally helps the stiffness that comes the next day.

I hope this blog post has helped any of you (or I may just be rambling on about random business, but oh well)
